Overview To manage the control function in the Sales Department
Purpose Ensure efficiency with returns, driver balances and discipline in Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities – Manage Departure Times
– Manage Driver’s balances
– Manage baskets
– Manage Returns
– Manage Stock on Truck
– Control of weekly wages
– Implement a leave roster
– Manage emergency/second round deliveries
– Ensuring that staff are wearing their uniforms
– Liaise with distribution on kilometres
– Attend to all disciplinary action in respective team
– Manage cell phone costs according to policy
Required Experience – At least 5 years sales experience in FMCG
– Prepared to work long and irregular hours
– Computer literate
Technical/Functional Skills – Team player
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Negotiating skills
– Detail orientation
Minimum Qualifications Matric
Preferred Industry Experience FMCG
